Refilwe has been in the aviation industry for 20 years. In various key roles such as Cabin Crew to Helicopter Pilot for the SAPS, Fixed-wing Pilot in the Airlines, Corporate and Flight instruction. She is currently flying ad-hoc and is the vice-chairperson of the Air service licensing council (ASL).

She is passionate about the aviation industry and looking forward to some robust discussions especially on how some of the innovation and technology are presenting new challenges to the legal and legislative domains of the aviation industry.

A strong advocate for education, we look forward to seeing the massive influence that Refilwe will have on our BCom Business Management: Aviation Management students.
